Possible Causes

Battery capacity reduced, Incorrect battery level calibration, High resistance in battery connector, Overly conservative power management firmware

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before opening the battery compartment.

  • Step 1 – Deep charge: Place the robot on the dock and charge it uninterrupted for at least 5–6 hours.
  • Step 2 – Full discharge cycle: Run the robot until it stops by itself, then immediately recharge fully. Repeat this cycle 2–3 times to recalibrate the battery gauge.
  • Step 3 – Inspect battery connector: Remove the battery cover and ensure the connector is tight and free of corrosion.
  • Step 4 – Replace battery: If runtime remains very short, replace the Medion battery pack.
