Possible Causes

Dirty dustbin with organic debris, Moldy or wet HEPA filter, Damp mop pad left attached, Dust buildup in suction path

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dustbin and mop pad.

  • Step 1 – Clean dustbin: Empty and wash the Medion dustbin with mild soap and water if the manual allows. Dry completely before reinstalling.
  • Step 2 – Replace filter: Replace the HEPA/foam filter if it smells musty or has been exposed to moisture.
  • Step 3 – Wash mop pad: Remove and wash the mop pad thoroughly. Do not store the robot with a wet pad attached.
  • Step 4 – Clean suction path: Use a small brush to remove dust from the suction inlet and exhaust vents.
