How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dustbin and mop pad.
- Step 1 – Clean dustbin: Empty and wash the Medion dustbin with mild soap and water if the manual allows. Dry completely before reinstalling.
- Step 2 – Replace filter: Replace the HEPA/foam filter if it smells musty or has been exposed to moisture.
- Step 3 – Wash mop pad: Remove and wash the mop pad thoroughly. Do not store the robot with a wet pad attached.
- Step 4 – Clean suction path: Use a small brush to remove dust from the suction inlet and exhaust vents.
