Possible Causes
Incorrect time settings, Multiple overlapping schedules, Firmware bug, Faulty real-time clock on mainboard
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the robot is in a safe area if it starts unexpectedly.
- Step 1 – Clear schedules: Using the Medion app or remote, delete all existing schedules.
- Step 2 – Set correct time: Set the correct time and date on the robot or in the app, then reprogram desired schedules.
- Step 3 – Firmware update: Check for and install any available firmware updates via the app.
- Step 4 – Factory reset: Perform a factory reset according to the user manual, then reconfigure the robot.
- Step 5 – Mainboard replacement: If the clock drifts heavily or schedules still misfire, the mainboard’s RTC circuit may be faulty and require replacement.
