How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before manipulating the bumper.

  • Step 1 – Inspect movement: Press the bumper at several points. It should move smoothly and spring back. If it hangs or feels loose, open the front housing.
  • Step 2 – Check springs and guides: Ensure the Medion bumper springs are attached and the bumper slides correctly in its tracks.
