How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over on a soft surface.
- Step 1 – Remove caster: Pull the Medion front caster wheel straight up to remove it from its socket.
- Step 2 – Clean axle: Remove hair and debris from the wheel axle and socket using tweezers.
- Step 3 – Check rotation: Spin the wheel by hand. If it still binds, replace the caster wheel assembly.
- Step 4 – Reinstall: Push the cleaned or new caster back into the socket until it clicks.
