How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the main brush before testing.
- Step 1 – Clean brush and housing: Remove the main brush and end caps. Clear all hair and debris from the ends and brush chamber.
- Step 2 – Test motor shaft: Run the robot briefly with the brush removed and look for rotation of the motor shaft inside the brush chamber.
- Step 3 – Inspect drive components: If your Medion model uses a belt or gear, open the brush drive cover and check for broken or stripped parts.
- Step 4 – Replace parts: Replace any broken belt/gear or the entire main brush motor assembly if it does not run.
