Possible Causes

Weak Wi‑Fi signal at dock, Incorrect Wi‑Fi password or unsupported band, Internal Wi‑Fi module fault, Firmware corruption

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Ensure the robot is on the dock with sufficient battery.

  • Check Wi‑Fi network: Confirm your router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network (most Neabot robots do not support 5 GHz only). Ensure the password is correct.
  • Move dock closer: Temporarily move the dock closer to the router to improve signal strength.
  • Reset Wi‑Fi on robot: Follow the user manual to enter Wi‑Fi pairing mode (usually by holding a specific button until a voice prompt). Re-add the robot in the Neabot app.
  • Restart router and robot: Power cycle your router and turn the robot off and back on.
  • Firmware update: If connection is intermittent, update the robot firmware via the app when possible.

Warning: Do not attempt to open the robot to access the Wi‑Fi antenna unless you are experienced; internal antennas are fragile and can be easily damaged.
