Neabot
Water Tank / Mop Module Detection Fault
Robot vacuum shows E15 and cannot start mopping; on combo models this may be a water tank or mop module error.

Possible Causes
Water tank not fully inserted, Dirty or corroded mop module contacts, Faulty tank presence sensor, Damaged mop attachment latch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the water tank/mop module.
- Inspect tank seating: Check that the tank slides in smoothly and latches securely. Remove any debris from the mounting rails.
- Clean electrical contacts: If your Neabot model uses electrical contacts for the pump, wipe both the robot and tank contacts with a dry cloth. If lightly corroded, use an alcohol-dampened swab and dry thoroughly.
- Check mop pad frame: Ensure the mop pad frame is not warped and that it clicks into place.
- Reinstall and test: Reinsert the tank until it clicks. Power on the robot and start a mopping job from the app.
- Replace if needed: If E15 persists only with a specific tank, replace the water tank/mop module.
Warning: Do not overfill the water tank or allow water to spill into the robot body; this can damage internal electronics.
