Possible Causes
Main power switch off, Faulty battery pack, Loose internal battery connector, Failed main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the robot from the dock.
- Check main switch: Turn the robot over and ensure the main power switch (if present) is in the ON position.
- Charge fully: Place the robot on the dock and allow it to charge for at least 3 hours. Confirm the charging indicator is lit.
- Battery inspection: If there is still no response, and the model allows, remove the battery cover and check that the battery connector is firmly plugged into the mainboard.
- Replace battery: If the robot is older and the battery voltage is low or the pack is swollen, replace it with a compatible Neabot battery.
- Mainboard diagnosis: If a known-good battery does not restore power, the mainboard is likely faulty and should be replaced by a technician.
Warning: Always disconnect the battery before attempting any internal repairs to avoid short circuits.
