Possible Causes

Worn drive wheels with reduced traction, Weak drive motors, Front caster not swiveling freely, Excessive floor clutter (cables, tassels)

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot before freeing it from obstacles.

  • Check wheel tread: Inspect the rubber on the drive wheels. If it is smooth or cracked, replace the wheel modules.
  • Service caster: Remove and clean the front caster wheel to ensure it swivels freely.
  • Adjust environment: Use cable organizers to lift cords off the floor and remove or tape down rug tassels.
  • Use no-go zones: In the Neabot app, set virtual walls or no-go zones around problem areas like thick rugs or high thresholds.

Warning: Do not force the robot over thresholds higher than specified in the manual; this can damage the suspension and wheels.
