Possible Causes
Damaged rear dustbin gasket, Dustbin not fully latched, Cracked dustbin housing, Overfilled dustbin causing bypass
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the dustbin.
- Inspect dustbin seals: Examine the rubber gasket around the dustbin edges and outlet. Look for tears, warping, or missing sections.
- Check bin housing: Inspect the plastic dustbin for cracks, especially near the outlet and latch.
- Proper installation: Reinsert the dustbin firmly until it clicks. Ensure the rear of the bin sits flush with the robot body.
- Replace if damaged: If the gasket is torn or the bin is cracked, replace the dustbin assembly.
Warning: Do not use tape or glue inside the dust path; loose adhesive can be sucked into the motor.
