Possible Causes
Damaged water tank seal, Cracked water tank body, Clogged or stuck water outlet valve, Mop pad oversaturated
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the water tank. Keep water away from the robot body.
- Inspect tank: Check for visible cracks, especially around seams and the outlet valve.
- Check seals: Inspect rubber gaskets around the fill cap and outlet. Replace the tank if seals are torn or hardened.
- Adjust water level: Do not overfill the tank; fill only to the indicated maximum line.
- Dry mop pad: Wring out or replace the mop pad if it is dripping wet before installation.
- Replace tank: If leakage continues when the tank is removed from the robot and stored upright, replace the water tank module.
Warning: Do not allow water to drip into the robot's charging contacts or main body; this can cause short circuits.
