Possible Causes
Clogged water outlet or filter, Airlock in water tank, Electronic pump failure (on active-pump models), Mop pad not properly attached to outlet area
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the water tank and mop pad with the robot turned off.
- Prime the tank: Fill the tank, then gently shake it and squeeze the outlet (if manual valve) to remove air bubbles.
- Clean outlet: Use a pin or soft brush to gently clear any debris from the outlet holes (do not enlarge them).
- Check pad contact: Ensure the mop pad is correctly aligned with the outlet area and pressed firmly onto the pad frame.
- Test flow: On pump-driven models, start a mopping job and lift the robot slightly to see if the pad becomes damp after a few minutes. If not, the pump may be faulty.
Warning: Do not use cleaning chemicals or vinegar in the water tank unless explicitly allowed by Neabot; this can damage seals and the pump.
