Possible Causes
Clogged primary filter, Dustbin full or incorrectly installed, Main brush worn or missing bristles, Air leak between dustbin and suction inlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the dustbin.
- Empty and clean dustbin: Empty the bin completely and wipe the interior with a dry cloth.
- Service filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap gently to remove dust. Replace filters if they are more than 3–6 months old or visibly damaged.
- Inspect main brush: Remove the main brush and check for worn or missing bristles and flattened rubber blades. Replace the brush if heavily worn.
- Check seals: Inspect the rubber gasket around the dustbin outlet and the suction inlet on the robot. Ensure they are not torn or deformed.
- Test on a small area: After reassembly, run the robot in a small test area and inspect the floor. If pickup is still poor, the suction motor may be weakening and require replacement.
Warning: Do not wash non-washable filters; this can destroy the filter media and reduce filtration.
