How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove dustbin, filters, and mop pad.
- Clean dustbin: If the bin is washable, rinse it with mild soap and water, then dry completely before reinstalling.
- Replace filters: Install new filters if they smell bad or are older than recommended.
- Wash mop pad: Machine wash or hand wash the mop pad with mild detergent and dry thoroughly.
- Empty water tank: After each mopping session, empty the water tank and leave it open to air dry.
Warning: Do not reinstall any component that is still damp; moisture can promote mold growth inside the robot.
