How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the auto-empty base and remove the robot.
- Inspect robot port: Open the robot dustbin and check the auto-empty port for clogs. Clear any debris.
- Check dock port and gasket: Inspect the dock's connection port and rubber gasket for dust buildup or damage. Clean and ensure a tight seal.
- Replace dust bag: If the bag is very full or collapsed, replace it.
- Test empty cycle: Plug the dock back in, dock the robot, and manually trigger an empty cycle. Then check the robot dustbin to confirm it is being emptied.
Warning: Do not run the auto-empty base without filters or a bag; this can damage the motor and spread dust.
