Possible Causes

Burned-out LED array, Loose LED board connector, Minor mainboard output failure, Water ingress near control panel

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove it from the dock.

  • App status: Use the Neabot app to monitor robot status since LEDs are not reliable.
  • Check for moisture: Inspect the top panel for signs of water damage or condensation. Allow the robot to dry in a warm, dry place for 24 hours if moisture is suspected.
  • Internal inspection (advanced): If comfortable and out of warranty, open the top cover to check the LED board connector to the mainboard and reseat if loose.
  • Board replacement: If LEDs remain nonfunctional, the LED board or mainboard may need replacement.

Warning: Do not continue to use the robot if there is active moisture inside; this can cause short circuits.
