Possible Causes
Worn main brush bristles increasing drag, Hair buildup in end caps, Weak main brush motor, Low battery voltage under load
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the main brush.
- Clean thoroughly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush, end caps, and brush cavity.
- Inspect wear: If bristles are very short or rubber blades are cracked, replace the main brush.
- Battery check: Fully charge the robot and test again. If the brush still stalls mainly on carpets, the motor may be weak.
- Replace motor: Replace the main brush motor assembly if it cannot maintain speed under normal carpet load.
Warning: Do not increase brush pressure by adding weight or modifying the brush; this can overload the motor.
