Neato robot shows 'Error 10: Please clear my brush' or similar, often related to side brush (on models that have one).

Safety: Turn the robot OFF before working on the side brush.

• Remove side brush: Turn the robot over. Unscrew or pull off the side brush (depending on model).
• Clean thoroughly: Remove hair and debris from the brush arms and the mounting post. Check the area around the side brush motor shaft.
• Inspect for damage: Look for cracks in the side brush hub or stripped splines that could cause slipping.
• Reinstall and test: Reattach the side brush securely. Power ON the robot and start a cleaning cycle. If the error persists, the side brush motor assembly may need replacement.
