Neato robot displays 'Error 13: Please open my dirt bin and check my filter' or 'Dust bin full' even when empty.

Safety: Power OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.

• Empty and clean bin: Empty the dust bin completely. Wipe it with a dry cloth.
• Clean or replace filter: Remove the filter from the bin. Tap it gently over a trash can to remove dust, or replace it if heavily soiled or damaged. Do not wash non-washable filters.
• Check suction path: Inspect the suction inlet on the robot and the bin for clogs. Remove any debris blocking airflow.
• Reinstall and test: Refit the filter and bin securely. Power ON and start a cleaning cycle. If the error persists, the airflow or bin sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
