Possible Causes

LDS motor stalled, LDS cable disconnected, LDS sensor failure, Main board LDS driver fault

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.

Check LDS rotation: Power ON briefly and start a cleaning cycle while watching the turret. If it does not spin, power OFF immediately.
Clean LDS window: Wipe the turret window with a dry microfiber cloth.
Inspect internal cable (advanced): If comfortable opening the robot, remove the top cover and check that the LDS cable is firmly connected at both the turret and main board.
Replace LDS module: If the turret still does not spin or Error 3000 persists, replace the LDS module.
