Neato robot does not respect magnetic boundary markers and crosses into blocked areas.

Safety: No internal work required initially.

• Reposition markers: Lay the Neato boundary markers flat on the floor with no gaps or overlaps.
• Test with new strip: Try a fresh boundary strip to rule out a weak magnet.
• Clean underside sensors: Wipe the underside of the robot, especially near the front, where boundary sensors are located.
• If still ignored: The boundary detection sensor may be defective and require replacement.
