How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the floor.
- Inspect main brush: Remove the brush and look for small stones, screws, or hard plastic pieces caught in the bristles. Remove carefully.
- Check wheel treads: Examine drive wheels and front caster for embedded sharp objects. Remove any debris.
- Clean front caster: Pop out the front caster wheel (if removable) and clean hair and grit from the axle and socket.
- Inspect brush guard: Ensure the soft strip on the brush guard is intact. Replace the guard if the strip is worn through.
