How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Power OFF the robot and, if opening the battery compartment, disconnect from the dock.
- Replace battery: Install a new, compatible Neato battery pack.
- Check battery connector: Ensure the battery plug is fully seated and not loose.
- Ventilation: Make sure vents are not blocked and the robot is not overheating.
- If issue persists: A power regulation fault on the main PCB may be present and require professional repair.
