Neato robot vacuum runs but leaves a trail of debris and poor pickup, especially along edges.

Safety: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock before cleaning.

• Empty bin: Remove and empty the dust bin completely.
• Clean/replace filter: Remove the filter, tap it gently to remove dust, or replace it if it is old or damaged.
• Inspect main brush: Remove the main brush and clean hair and debris from bristles and end caps. Replace the brush if bristles are worn or deformed.
• Check suction path: Look into the suction inlet on the robot and the bin outlet for clogs. Remove any blockages.
• Reassemble and test: Reinstall all parts securely and run a test cleaning pass.
