Possible Causes

Battery not properly connected, Battery pack degraded or failed, Charging contacts dirty preventing full charge, Internal battery protection circuit tripped

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the robot from the dock. Turn OFF the main power switch.

Check charging contacts:

  • Inspect the metal contacts on the robot and on the charging dock.
  • Clean them with a dry cloth. If oxidized, lightly rub with a pencil eraser and wipe clean.

Verify battery connection:

  • On most Proscenic models, the battery is accessible via a bottom cover plate.
  • Remove the screws, lift the cover, and check that the battery connector is firmly plugged into the robot.
  • Do not pull on the wires; grasp the plastic connector.

Charge fully:

  • Reassemble the cover, place the robot on the dock, and allow it to charge uninterrupted for at least 4–6 hours.

Test:

  • After charging, remove from the dock and start a cleaning cycle. If E10 reappears quickly, the battery may be worn out.

Advanced: Replace the battery pack with an original or compatible Proscenic battery of the same voltage and capacity. Always power OFF the robot before swapping the battery. If a new battery does not resolve E10, the charging circuit or mainboard may be defective and require professional repair.
