Possible Causes
Robot stuck on thick carpet or threshold, Main brush or wheels jammed, Excessive debris in brush housing, Internal motor driver overheating
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from any obstacle or thick rug.
Free the robot:
- Lift the robot off the obstacle and place it on a flat, hard floor.
- Inspect the area where it got stuck and avoid starting cleaning there until the issue is resolved.
Check for jams:
- Inspect and clean the main brush, side brush, and wheels for hair and debris.
- Ensure all moving parts rotate freely by hand.
Cool down:
- Allow the robot to rest powered OFF for 10–15 minutes to let internal components cool.
Test:
- Power ON and start a cleaning cycle in an open area. If E13 does not return, gradually reintroduce carpets and thresholds.
Advanced: Frequent E13 even on flat floors may indicate a failing motor or motor driver on the mainboard. Professional diagnosis and part replacement are recommended.
