Possible Causes

Robot lifted or tilted during start, Stuck suspension spring on wheel module, Faulty lift sensor or travel switch, Debris wedged in wheel suspension

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Place the robot on a flat, hard floor away from edges and stairs. Turn it OFF and then ON again.

Check suspension movement:

  • With the robot powered OFF and upside down, press each drive wheel up into the body and release. They should move freely and spring back.
  • Remove any debris or wrapped hair around the wheel suspension arms.

Ensure proper placement:

  • Do not start cleaning while holding the robot in the air or while it is partially on a threshold or thick rug edge.
  • Start the robot from a level surface.

Reset:

  • Turn the main power switch OFF for 30 seconds, then ON.
  • Start a cleaning cycle and observe whether E7 reappears.

Advanced: Persistent E7 may indicate a faulty lift/suspension sensor integrated into the wheel module or mainboard. Replacement of the affected wheel module or mainboard is typically required and is best done by a technician.
