How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.

Basic cleaning:

  • Clean around the wheels and remove any visible debris.
  • Rotate the wheels by hand to identify which side is noisy.

Advanced: Internal wheel gearbox wear cannot usually be repaired at home. The recommended fix is to replace the noisy wheel module (left or right drive wheel assembly). This involves removing the bottom cover, unscrewing the wheel module, disconnecting its harness, and installing a new module. If under warranty, contact Proscenic support.
