Possible Causes
Damaged or worn tank valve, Debris stuck in valve seat, Tank overpressurized or overfilled, Tank body cracked
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the water tank immediately and dry any water around the dock and robot. Do not allow water to enter electrical contacts.
Inspect tank:
- Check the tank for visible cracks or damage.
- Inspect the valve area for debris and clean gently.
Test off-robot:
- Fill the tank and place it on a sink or waterproof surface, valve side down, for 10–15 minutes to see if it drips.
Replace if leaking:
- If the tank leaks when off the robot, replace the water tank with a new Proscenic-compatible unit.
Advanced: If water has entered the robot body, allow it to dry completely for at least 48 hours before use and have it inspected if any abnormal behavior occurs.
