How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the robot from the dock and turn OFF the main power switch before handling the battery.
Check charging:
- Clean the charging contacts on the robot and dock.
- Ensure the dock is powered and the robot shows charging indication when docked.
- Allow a full 4–6 hour charge.
Evaluate runtime:
- After full charge, run the robot and time how long it operates before low-battery return.
Replace battery if needed:
- If runtime is still very short, replace the battery pack with an original or compatible Proscenic battery of the same specifications.
- Access the battery via the bottom cover, disconnect the old pack, and install the new one, observing polarity and connector orientation.
Dispose properly: Recycle the old lithium battery at an appropriate facility; do not throw it in household trash.
