Possible Causes
Robot lifted off floor during operation, Stuck on obstacle causing tilt, Faulty tilt sensor, Misreading from wheel drop sensors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Place the robot on a flat, stable floor.
- 1. Remove obstacles: Check under and around the robot for cables, rug edges, or objects that may be lifting one side.
- 2. Reset position: Turn the robot OFF, move it to an open area, then turn it ON and restart cleaning.
- 3. Check wheels: Ensure both drive wheels and front caster wheel touch the floor and move freely.
- 4. Sensor calibration: If available in the app, run a sensor calibration with the robot on a level surface.
- 5. Hardware fault: Persistent E14 on level ground may indicate a faulty tilt or wheel drop sensor on the main PCB.
