Robot vacuum body or top cover feels loose or creaks when lifted

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the dock.

• 1. External check: Gently press around the top cover and sides to locate loose areas.
• 2. Tighten screws: Using the correct screwdriver, gently tighten visible housing screws on the bottom and sides. Do not overtighten.
• 3. Inspect for cracks: Look for visible cracks or broken clips around the bumper and top cover. Replace damaged housing parts if necessary.
• 4. Avoid drops: Store and handle the robot carefully to prevent further structural damage.
