Robot vacuum drags the mop pad dry; little or no water on the floor (mopping models)

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the water tank and mop pad.

• 1. Fill and shake tank: Fill the tank with clean water, close it, and gently shake to dislodge air bubbles.
• 2. Clean outlets: Use a pin or soft brush to clear any visible clogs in the outlet holes.
• 3. Soak mop pad: Pre‑wet the mop pad under a tap, wring it out, and reinstall it to help start the flow.
• 4. Run mopping mode: Start a mopping cycle and observe if water begins to spread evenly across the pad.
• 5. Replace components: If water still does not flow, replace the water tank or pump assembly and the mop pad if it is stiff or worn.
