How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF before opening any covers.
- 1. Check settings: In the Rowenta app, verify that suction is enabled and not set to a special quiet or mop‑only mode.
- 2. Listen for motor: Start a cleaning cycle and listen near the exhaust. If there is no fan noise, proceed to hardware checks.
- 3. Internal inspection: Remove the dustbin and bottom cover to access the suction motor. Ensure its connector is firmly attached to the main PCB.
- 4. Motor replacement: If the motor is connected but does not run, replace the suction motor assembly.
