Robot vacuum leaves black marks or rubber residue on floors

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and flip it over.

• 1. Inspect wheels: Look for cracked, sticky, or crumbling rubber on the drive wheels and caster.
• 2. Clean residue: Wipe wheels with a damp cloth to remove loose rubber and dirt.
• 3. Replace worn wheels: If the rubber is visibly damaged or continues to leave marks, replace the drive wheel modules and/or caster wheel.
• 4. Floor care: Clean affected floor areas with a suitable floor cleaner to remove rubber residue.
