Possible Causes
Damaged or missing HEPA filter, Filter not seated correctly, Non‑genuine low‑efficiency filter, Cracked dustbin or filter frame
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the dustbin.
- 1. Inspect HEPA filter: Check for tears, holes, or missing gasket material around the edges.
- 2. Reseat filter: Ensure the filter is fully inserted and the cover is latched so air cannot bypass it.
- 3. Replace with genuine filter: Install a new Rowenta‑specified HEPA filter if the current one is damaged or of unknown origin.
- 4. Check bin and housing: Inspect for cracks or gaps where unfiltered air could escape and replace damaged parts.
