Robot vacuum leaves fine dust in the air; increased sneezing or allergy symptoms when running

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the dustbin.

• 1. Inspect HEPA filter: Check for tears, holes, or missing gasket material around the edges.
• 2. Reseat filter: Ensure the filter is fully inserted and the cover is latched so air cannot bypass it.
• 3. Replace with genuine filter: Install a new Rowenta‑specified HEPA filter if the current one is damaged or of unknown origin.
• 4. Check bin and housing: Inspect for cracks or gaps where unfiltered air could escape and replace damaged parts.
