Robot vacuum leaves puddles or excessive water on the floor (mopping models)

Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the water tank immediately to prevent water from reaching electronics.

• 1. Empty tank: Drain all water from the tank and dry the exterior.
• 2. Inspect for cracks: Hold the tank up to light and look for hairline cracks or damaged seals around caps and outlets.
• 3. Check settings: In the app, reduce the water flow level to a lower setting.
• 4. Test off robot: Fill the tank and place it on a dry towel for 10–15 minutes. If water leaks out without the pump running, the tank is defective and must be replaced.
