Robot vacuum runs but suction is very weak; debris left on floor

Possible Causes
Clogged dustbin or air channels, Clogged pre‑filter or HEPA filter, Air leak around dustbin seal, Partially blocked suction motor inlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove the dustbin.
- 1. Empty and clean dustbin: Remove all debris and wash the bin if the manual allows. Dry completely before reinstalling.
- 2. Clean or replace filters: Tap dust out of the pre‑filter and HEPA filter. Replace them if they are heavily soiled or older than the recommended interval.
- 3. Inspect seals: Check the rubber gasket around the dustbin and suction inlet for damage or misalignment. Reseat or replace if torn.
- 4. Check for clogs: Look into the suction inlet and internal ducting for blockages and remove any debris.
- 5. Suction test: With a clean system, run the robot and feel the airflow at the exhaust. If still weak, the suction motor may be worn and require replacement.
