Robot vacuum frequently reports that the dustbin is full even after emptying.

Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the dustbin.

• 1. Clean dustbin thoroughly: Empty the SilverCrest dustbin and wash if allowed. Dry completely.
• 2. Clean sensor window: Locate any small windows or openings inside the bin where an optical sensor may look through. Clean with a dry cotton swab.
• 3. Check flaps: Ensure any internal flaps or doors move freely and are not jammed with debris.
• 4. Reset robot: Power cycle the robot and reinstall the bin. Start a short cleaning run and see if the warning returns.
• 5. Replace dustbin: If false full warnings persist, replace the SilverCrest dustbin assembly that contains the dust sensor.
