• 3. Use correct part: Verify that you are using the correct side brush model specified for your SilverCrest robot; incompatible brushes can perform poorly.
• 4. Test rotation: Start the robot and observe side brush speed. If it turns very slowly or intermittently, the side brush motor may be weak and require replacement.
