Robot vacuum leaves streaks of water or puddles when using the mopping function.

Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the water tank. Avoid spilling water into the robot body.

• 1. Inspect tank: Remove the SilverCrest water tank and check for cracks or leaks by filling it over a sink and observing for drips.
• 2. Check valve: Inspect the outlet valve and rubber seals. If they are deformed or hardened, the tank may need replacement.
• 3. Mop pad installation: Ensure the mop pad is correctly attached and fully covering the outlet area to distribute water evenly.
• 4. Use water only: Use only clean water unless the manual explicitly allows mild detergent. Some solutions can damage seals.
• 5. Replace tank: If water continues to leak excessively even when the robot is off, replace the SilverCrest water tank/mop module.
