Robot vacuum runs for a very short time (5–10 minutes) and then returns to dock or shuts off.

Safety first: Do not open the battery pack casing. Handle only the removable pack as a whole.

• 1. Full charge cycle: Place the robot on the dock and charge uninterrupted for at least 5 hours. Then run a full cleaning cycle until it returns to dock.
• 2. Check runtime: Compare actual runtime to the specification in the manual. If it is less than half of rated time, the battery is likely worn.
• 3. Inspect for swelling: If accessible, remove the SilverCrest battery pack and check for swelling or deformation. Do not reuse a swollen battery.
• 4. Replace battery: Install a new, compatible SilverCrest lithium‑ion battery pack to restore runtime.
