Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No disassembly is required for initial troubleshooting.
- 1. Soft reset: Power OFF the robot completely, wait 30 seconds, then power it ON again.
- 2. Clear data in app: In the Trifo app, remove the robot from your account, then re-add it. This can clear some stored configuration data.
- 3. Factory reset: Use the robot's factory reset procedure (often holding specific buttons for several seconds) to restore default settings. Refer to your model's manual.
- 4. Firmware reinstall: If possible, update or reinstall the firmware via the app.
Warning: If E20 persists after factory reset and firmware update, the internal storage chip on the main PCB may be defective. This requires main board replacement by a professional.
