Robot vacuum charges very slowly or never reaches full charge

Safety first: Unplug the dock before cleaning contacts.

• 1. Clean contacts: Wipe the robot and dock charging contacts with a dry cloth. Use a pencil eraser for light oxidation, then wipe clean.
• 2. Check adapter: Verify the dock's power adapter is the original Trifo unit and is not damaged. Replace if the cable is frayed or the adapter is hot to the touch.
• 3. Monitor charge time: After cleaning, time how long it takes to reach full charge. If it still takes significantly longer than specified in the manual, the battery may be failing.
• 4. Replace battery: Install a new compatible battery pack if slow charging persists.

Warning: Overheating adapters or batteries are a fire risk. Replace any component that becomes excessively hot during charging.
