Dock Homing / Return-to-Base Failure
Robot vacuum does not return to the dock at the end of cleaning and stops in random locations

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No disassembly is required.
- 1. Reposition dock: Place the dock against a wall with at least 0.5 m (1.5 ft) of clear space on each side and 1.5 m (5 ft) in front.
- 2. Clean front sensors: Wipe the robot's front IR sensors and camera (if equipped) with a microfiber cloth.
- 3. Avoid obstacles near dock: Remove objects like shoes, bins, or cables from around the dock area.
- 4. Reset map (if persistent): If the robot consistently fails to find the dock, delete and rebuild the map in the app.
Warning: Do not place the dock near stairs or on thick carpets that can tilt it; this can interfere with docking alignment.
