Robot vacuum frequently gets stuck on thresholds, rugs, or cords

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before inspecting the wheels.

• 1. Clean wheel wells: Remove hair and debris from around the drive wheels and axles.
• 2. Check wheel tread: Inspect the rubber on the drive wheels. If it is smooth or cracked, replace the wheel modules.
• 3. Test suspension: Press each wheel up and down to ensure it moves freely. If a wheel is stiff or does not extend fully, the suspension may be worn or jammed.
• 4. Adjust environment: Use cable organizers and threshold ramps where possible to reduce trapping points.

Warning: Do not add non-OEM spacers or oversized wheels; this can affect sensor alignment and cause safety issues.
