Possible Causes
High pet hair environment, Worn brush design less effective at shedding hair, Lack of regular maintenance, Damaged brush end caps
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before removing brushes.
- 1. Establish cleaning routine: After every 1–3 cleaning cycles in homes with pets, remove the main and side brushes and cut away hair with the supplied cleaning tool.
- 2. Inspect end caps: Ensure the brush end caps are intact and can be removed for cleaning. Replace the brush if end caps are damaged.
- 3. Consider brush upgrade: If available for your Trifo model, use a tangle-resistant main brush designed for pet hair.
- 4. Maintain filters: Clean filters regularly to prevent additional load on the suction system.
Warning: Allowing hair to build up can overheat brush motors and damage bearings, leading to more expensive repairs.
