Possible Causes
Clogged dust bin or filters, Worn main brush bristles, Air leak between dust bin and body, Partially blocked suction inlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock before cleaning.
- 1. Empty and clean dust bin: Remove the bin, empty it, and wipe the interior with a dry cloth. Ensure no clumps of dust are stuck in corners.
- 2. Service filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA filter. Tap them gently to remove dust. Replace the HEPA filter if it is older than 3–6 months or visibly damaged.
- 3. Inspect main brush: Remove the main brush and clean hair and threads from the bristles and end caps. If the bristles are worn down or deformed, replace the main brush.
- 4. Check suction path: Look into the suction inlet and dust bin outlet for obstructions. Remove any debris with a brush or tweezers.
- 5. Verify bin seal: Inspect the rubber gasket around the dust bin opening. If it is torn, missing, or not seating properly, replace the dust bin assembly to restore suction.
Warning: Do not operate the robot without filters installed; this can damage the fan motor and internal electronics.
