How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock before opening any covers.
- 1. Check battery connector: Remove the battery cover and ensure the connector is fully seated and cannot move easily.
- 2. Gently tap test (advanced): With the robot powered ON and upside down, gently tap the body near the battery and main PCB area. If it shuts off, there is likely a loose connection.
- 3. Inspect internal harnesses: Open the bottom cover and verify that all power-related harnesses are secure and not pinched.
Warning: Intermittent power issues can cause data corruption and component stress. If you cannot locate and correct a simple loose connector, seek professional service.
